These terms and conditions apply to attendance at design + AI, organised by Product Unleashed Ltd. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
Tickets
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior consent from the organisers
- Tickets must be presented (digitally or printed) on entry to the event
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry
Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:
- More than 2 months before the event: 75% refund
- Between 2 months and 1 month before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 1 month before the event: no refund
To request a refund, email events@designplusaisummit.com with your name and ticket details. Refunds are processed within 20 business days.
Programme Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, or schedule at any time. In the unlikely event of a speaker withdrawal, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement. No refunds will be issued for speaker changes unless the event is cancelled entirely.
Event Cancellation
If design + AI is cancelled by the organisers for reasons within our control, full refunds will be issued. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will endeavour to issue refunds but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.
Photography and Recording
The event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in photographs and recordings taken at the event, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you have concerns, please speak to a member of staff on arrival.
Liability
Product Unleashed Ltd's liability to you is limited to the face value of your ticket. We are not responsible for any indirect losses arising from your attendance at or inability to attend design + AI.
