design + AI is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for everyone — regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or technology choices.

The Short Version

Be excellent to each other. We will not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

Expected Behaviour

• Be kind, respectful, and considerate in your language and actions
• Respect differing viewpoints and experiences
• Gracefully accept constructive feedback
• Focus on what is best for the community
• Show empathy towards other community members

Unacceptable Behaviour

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
• Offensive verbal or written comments related to personal characteristics
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
• Harassing photography or recording
• Sustained disruption of talks or other events
• Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention

Reporting

If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, please report it by contacting the event team at events@designplusaisummit.com or speaking to any member of staff wearing a design + AI lanyard.

All reports will be handled with discretion. We are committed to providing a safe environment and will take appropriate action in response to any violations.

Consequences

Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour is expected to comply immediately. The event organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including permanent expulsion from the event without refund.
